A Brief History of St. Andrew's Church

The original building was established in 1953, with the congregation initially gathering at the old Kiwanis Fresh Arm Farm, located just a few blocks from St. Andrew's current site.

The present church structure was built in 1956, followed by a larger sanctuary added in 1962. In 1965, we launched a kindergarten class and organized numerous outreach events over the years to strengthen our ties with both the local community and our church congregation.

Throughout the years, St. Andrew's has actively served the community through various ministries and continues to do so today. We are currently collaborating with Shining Light Homes to support single mothers in our community by providing clothing, food, and educational classes on topics such as financial budgeting.

Additionally, we are working on establishing an After School program to maintain our connection with families and the community!
